On Saturday, December 1st, Warriors' Best Friend will host its secpnd annual Winters' Warrior 5K Run at the newly constructed 5k cross country course, "Wildflower," in Northern Liberty. The run will help raise funds to adopt and train a homeless dog from the shelter and match a service canine with a veteran battling Post traumatic stress or a Traumatic Brain Injury completely free for the veteran and their family!

Registration to run in Winter's Warrior Run is $30. Pre-registration will be available online at Warriors' Best Friend's site. Day-of registration will also be available. All participants will be treated to a campfire-style picnic following the race!
***This race is not officially timed, and there is no packet pick-up. There will be a clock at the finish line if runners desire to know their race time.
